Advanced Wi-Fi troubleshooting
When Wi-Fi is installed but failing — interference, dead zones, devices that won't connect or drop when moving — we measure at the RF level with professional Ekahau equipment to find the real cause, not guess at it.

Wi-Fi problems are rarely visible to the naked eye
A phone can show full bars and still drop packets. An access point can be up and running while fighting for the same channel as the office next door. These problems aren't solved by rebooting gear or moving the router around by trial and error.
That's why we diagnose with RF instruments on site, not just by reviewing settings on a screen.

Wi-Fi problems we diagnose
Each has a different RF cause — and a different fix.

Roaming failures between access points
Devices that stay "stuck" to a distant access point instead of roaming to the closest one.

Channel congestion
Too many devices or networks competing for the same channel in high-density spaces.

Performance drops at peak hours
The network works fine with a few users and degrades as real load increases.

Dead zones or weak coverage
Areas where the signal doesn't arrive with enough strength, even though the original coverage map said otherwise.

RF interference
Other Wi-Fi gear, Bluetooth devices, microwaves or neighboring networks degrading the signal on the same channel.
How we troubleshoot

We gather the problem history
Step 1
When it happens, on which devices, in which areas and since when.

We measure on site with a spectrum analyzer
Step 2
An Ekahau survey captures the network's real behavior, not a simulation.

We analyze interference and channel overlap
Step 3
We identify what's competing for the same RF space and where packets are lost.

We correct placement, channel and power
Step 4
We tune the existing access points; new or replacement gear is added only when truly needed.

We validate with a new measurement
Step 5
We confirm the improvement with data and deliver a report of what we found and fixed.

We troubleshoot with the same tools we design with
We use professional Ekahau hardware and software for RF surveys and build Wi-Fi networks only with equipment from the world's leading brands.
That lets us compare the network's actual state against the original design or a baseline survey, and tell an RF problem apart from a configuration, hardware or cabling issue.
What's included
Interference and channel report
Updated coverage map
Placement, channel and power recommendations
Post-fix validation
The team that designs is the team that troubleshoots
A project engineer leads the troubleshooting with the same standards and instruments we use to design new Wi-Fi networks. It's not a different tech with a different tool — it's continuity of expertise in how Wi-Fi behaves in real spaces.
Troubleshooting can be combined with our other services — Wi-Fi design, structured cabling, video surveillance and cabling certification — so your whole infrastructure is handled by one vendor.
