Structured Cabling
in the Bay Area

We design and install turnkey structured cabling systems for Bay Area businesses: Cat 6 / Cat 6A copper and singlemode and multimode fiber. Every link is delivered certified, labeled and documented.

Turnkey
structured
cabling

A reliable network starts with the cabling. A poorly designed install causes dropouts, speeds below what you pay for and problems that are hard to diagnose. Tim&Team handles the entire process — from pathway design to as-built documentation — with one team accountable for the result. We work in offices, warehouses, retail stores and commercial buildings, on new construction as well as tenant improvements and expansions of existing networks.

What's included

Pathway design

We plan pathways, cable tray and raceway based on the building, the number of drops and expected growth.

Cat 6A / Class FA / Cat 8 copper

Pulling and terminating data drops for computers, VoIP phones, access points and PoE cameras.

SM/MM/MPO fiber

Backbone links between floors, racks and buildings in singlemode and multimode fiber, with fiber enclosures

Racks & server rooms

Rack build-out and organization: patch panels, cable management and grounding.

Labeling & documentation

Every drop and every port is labeled. We deliver drawings and as-built documentation.

Link certification

We certify every link with Softing WireXpert testers and deliver the test reports. See cabling certification.

How we work
from start to finish

Step 1
Site survey

We visit the site, measure distances and define the number of drops and the rack location.

Step 2
Proposal

We send a detailed proposal with materials, timeline and scope of work.

Step 3
Installation

Our team pulls the cable and builds out and organizes the rack, keeping the job site clean and orderly.

Step 4
Certification & handover

We certify every link and deliver test reports, drawings and complete labeling.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a structured cabling install cost?

It depends on the number of drops, distances, cable type and the pathways required. After the site survey we send a detailed quote with no hidden fees.

How long does installation take?

A small office can be done in a few days. For larger projects we agree on a phased schedule so your business keeps running.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. We can schedule work during off-peak hours, evenings or weekends to minimize the impact on your operations.

Why is cabling certification important?

Certification confirms that every link meets the standard and supports the speed it was designed for. It's the basis for project closeout and any warranty claim.

Can you clean up or expand an existing network?

Yes. We survey the existing install, clean up the rack, replace faulty runs and expand the network to fit your needs.
